At GiftsForYouNow, we take pride in creating high-quality personalized home decor and gifts; however, because these items are custom-made to your specifications, we can only accept returns on products that arrive damaged or with manufacturing errors. Please notify us within 15 days of delivery to ensure a swift resolution for any issues with your order.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon receiving your personalized home goods, please carefully check for any damage or spelling errors that do not match your order confirmation.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage to initiate a return request.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be shipped back.
- 4.Replacement or Refund
After approval, we will immediately process a replacement for your custom item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
